Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via La poste colissimo internationnal, Chronopost or Exapaq with tracking and drop-off with signature. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

 

Delivery time

Shipment of the order within 48 working hours to 72 working hours (depending on product availability).

The delivery time are 48 working hours by mail colissimo recommanded for France Metropolitan, 24 working hours to 48 working hours by Exapaq or Chronopost and 4 to 8 working days for Europe and the rest of the world.

Shipper: EXAPAQ, LA POSTE COLISSIMO and CHRONOPOST. 

 

Returns

If one or more products arrive damaged, you have a period of 3 days to inform us by phone 0033.9.51.09.88.08 or email sav@lolilota.com and send us a picture  clearly showing damage.

As the case, we will credit your account a credit note or send the missing charms.

One or more products do not meet your expectations? inform us within 3 days by phone 0033.9.51.09.88.08 or email sav@lolilota.com and then send us the products by mail. We will refund or credit your account with a credit note.

Shipping fee for return will be your responsiblity.
